Rotations

The PGY-1 year requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 months on at least three of the following
    non-otolaryngology surgical rotations:
    general surgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery,
    pediatric surgery, plastic surgery, and surgical oncology
  • One month rotations on emergency medicine, critical
    care (intensive care/trauma), anesthesia
    and neurosurgery
  • A minimum of one and a maximum of 3 months on
    otolaryngology-head and neck surgery
